Excellent, great and knowledgeable people running the shop. Especially if you want to get a first skateboard, I’d highly recommend visiting as they can guide you in the right direction to make sure you get the right bits.

Service was awesome, had a lot of fun chatting and picking out parts. Environment was welcoming to new skaters and old. Owner was very hospitable.

Such a fab shop - Jason and Dave are always super helpful. The mix of products are really good, and there are always new things to look at.

I am so glad we decided to go into a local skate shop rather than take a guess and order from an online shop. I got my 6 year old his first proper skateboard, helmet and pads and picked a skateboard up for myself. Dave was very helpful, has a wealth of knowledge and did a fantastic job on constructing my board. Look forward to visiting again and doing some lessons soon.

My son was desperate to get into skateboarding last year after his Dad used to ride and researching it on YouTube. The guys at Scenic Skate shop are so informative when it comes to anything skating related! You can see and hear how passionate they are and they make sure you’re riding the correct set up for you. They’re friendly and very welcoming as we will regularly pop by for a browse and just to say hello. For anything skateboarding related, these are the guys you need to go and see. I’ve already learnt so much, and excited to keep growing our deck collection 😁

Popped in this week to get my 6 year old son set up with his first skateboard. Dave helped us out with his knowledge and gave us the pros and cons of various boards. Then it was up to the kid to pick his fav graphic.

 As we are now local to the shop we will definitely be back to load up on more stickers!

This place is how a skate shop should be. The staff are passionate, well informed and incredibly helpful. The shop has a good selection of gear and to hear all the projects they are driving for the skate community is inspiring. Just dusting off my old board now cannot recommend them enough! A Skate shop with personality and passion, how it should be, so refreshing in this digital faceless world!

Went in to buy two helmets with my friend, spoke to Dave who was very friendly and we had a lovely chat about different skateboards and it was overall a very welcoming, friendly shop. I would definitely recommend it if you are new to skating or experienced

Visited Scenic skate shop today with my son, who is really getting into skateboarding at the moment. Really well stocked wee shop. Loads of decks to suit different budgets, which my son loved, plus everything a skater could want from wax to trucks. Jason was really knowledgable and helpful. My son left happy - would definately recommend and will visit again 😃

I was looking for some hardware and came across Scenic by chance on Google. Paid a visit to collect my order and have a browse. Chatted briefly with Jason, super friendly guy. Scenic has a wide product selection that should cater for most skaters, really good set up! Will be supporting in the future!

I've been thinking about getting a skateboard for a really long time Jason (Very cool guy that works there) was on shift and we instantly bonded with him, me and my friend talked with him and he explained to us all the important bits of the skateboard in a way we understood. Me and my friend finally got to get our dream skateboard, thank you Jason and Team ☺️☺️ You can buy a pre made skateboard or fully make it yourself, they'll be helpful and suggest certain things such as different types of wheels and all

Skater run and Skater owned. A quaint but good shop, tucked at the back of a large and quirky antiques shop along with lots of other little independent businesses. The place feels like a grotto and has lots to keep bored parents busy whilst you make an important life changing decision, your first board. There's plenty of of stock, not just standard the popsicle shapes. Jason and Dave are friendly and helpful staff who are honestly more excited to see you smiling and stoked with your new set up than they are to make a sale, they may even ask for progression reports haha. They sponsor some good riders and the shop has the family feel of an old school skate shop. Both lads have skated many years and have a good understanding of different styles and what would suit you best, whether you're an absolute day 1 beginner or aspiring to take on vert, park, street or pool skating. If you ride daily, are an old guy who wants to relive the good old days or a parent who wants to get your kid away from the screens and out of their room and smiling, these guys have got you covered.

Scenic Skate show was fantastic. Jason was knowledgeable and really helpful. Helped guide us through all the different options. Bought a board and signed up to an excellent looking beginners class as well.
